The Enemy: Coventry Set For New Tour Dates

*Latest Updated News: www.theenemy.eu

Coventry's high flyer's, The Enemy look set to play some high profile dates back in their home city in 2008, I can exclusively reveal here on "robmacca's entertainment news" today.

The gigs will be massive compared to any of The Enemy's other performances seen so far in Coventry.

Contracts are waiting to be signed with the management team and out of respect for the band and crew, I will not reveal the dates or venue. Fan's will not be disappointed as Tom Clarke, Liam Watts and Andy Hopkins return to their roots in Coventry.

Today the lads touched down in Tokyo, Japan for the first time as they perform as part of the "Summersonic Festival" in Osaka (11th August) and Tokyo (12th August). Sharing the Marine stage with the likes of the Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian and the Fratellis.

The Enemy will then be travelling back into Europe for the Belgium "Pukkelpop" festival on Friday 17th August, where they will be on the main stage from 14:25 for a 40 minute set. The Enemy will be sharing the main stage with the likes of The Smashing Pumpkins and The Hives. Pukkelpop has grown from a crowd of 3,000 in 1985 to a staggering 135,000 visitors last year.

The lads will then be in Germany on Saturday 18th August for the "Highfield Festival". This is the most popular alternative festival in the heart of Germany and around 20,000 visitors are expected to this "beach like" event. The Kaiser Chiefs and the Klaxons are just two of the groups performing at the festival.
