Channel 4 have pulled off (excuse the pun), their planned "Wank Week" as first reported here on robmacca's Blog last year Britain's First Wank a thon.
It follows a controversial few weeks for the channel after the Celebrity Big Brother "racism" fall out.
A series of documentaries about masturbation scheduled for next month have been pulled from the channel's schedule and may be broadcast outside a themed week at a later date.
The three films included Masturbation for Women, in which three women "experience the revolutionary masturbation tutorials of Dr. Betty Dodson, the world's first orgasm coach"; I Can't Stop Wanking, described as "an entertaining, thoughtful and moving film" that follows two men addicted to masturbation; and a film that follows the organisers and participants of last year's Masturbate-a-Thon in London.

ReplyDeleteAccording to The Guardian, the self titles "Wank Week" has been shelved, but the programmes would be shown individually.
ReplyDeleteI'm tempted to crack one off as an act of support for the "Wank Week"!
