Academy Award 2006 -Oscar Winners




It may have been the night that "Crash" smashed up the chances for "Brokeback Mountain" to win but 3 of it's 8 Awards but they were both winners in the 78th Academy Awards this weekend.
The Brits did well with 3 Awards also : Rachel Weisz, who won the Oscar for her role in The Constant Gardener, Wallace and Gromit: The Curse of the Were-Rabbit won the best animated feature film prize, while Six Shooter picked up best live action short.

  1. hmm..only 3, too bad, but i'm glad that BM won "Best music", Gustavo Santaolalla did great job
    i'm happy for "Wallace and Gromit.." it was great movie :D

  2. 3 is indeed quite good, we shouldn't expect the world to accept the movie overnight.
    It wouldn't be to everyone's liking.
    I love W&G but have yet to see this movie!
