Taking to the stage on Wednesday February 15 will be three of the nominees for best British Live Act - BRITs veterans Coldplay as well as newcomers Kaiser Chiefs and KT Tunstall. They’ll be joined by five-times nominee James Blunt, and from across the pond, two of America’s biggest acts, Kanye West and Kelly Clarkson.
And of course, we can expect a blistering set from Paul Weller, the deserving recipient of this year’s Outstanding Contribution To Music award. With 28 years of classic tunes to plunder, from his Jam, Style Council and solo sets, the Modfather is sure to celebrate in style.
With Chris Evans hosting the show for a record-equalling fourth time, and more huge acts to be announced in the run up to the show, 2006 promises to deliver yet another BRITs night to remember.
