* Final 3 pictures taken with my mobile at the Godiva Festival as the Carnival arrived. The Carnival was telling the unique story of Coventry from medieval times up to the present day through a Caribbean influenced theatrical procession on foot with moving platforms, backpacks, costumes, music and performance.
Around 1000 people took part many had designed their costumes through projects with Creative Partnerships. Over forty artists in the city had worked intensively creating spectacular costumes and performances. International artists from Macnas and Teatr Biuro Podrozy joined in the fun.
