Fears over the health of Susan Boyle were laid to rest as the Britain's Got Talent runner-up received a standing ovation in Birmingham on Friday night. It had been touch and go as to whether the 48 year-old singer would be fit enough for the live tour after collapsing after the final of Britain's Got Talent, due to exhaustion.Blowing a kiss to fans and performing 'I Dreamed A Dream' and 'Memory' from the musicals Les Miserables and Cats respectively, Boyle received a standing ovation following her performance at the National Indoor Arena just after 9pm. Susan is expected to appear on other dates in the nationwide tour, but will take it day-by-day before deciding if she is able to perform.
