The final Doctor Who companion for David Tennant has been revealed today and fans of the cult BBC Sci-fi programme will recognise him as Donna Noble's grandfather. The actor Bernard Cribbins will appear in the final Dr Who specials later this year as Russell T Davies and the crew say farewell to David Tennant. The specials will be broadcast in November and December and promise to be big, as several stars from previous Dr Who episodes on set recently for filming.
Matt Smith will become the eleventh Doctor in 2010 after David Tennant "dies" in the Christmas episodes.
