Sharon Osbourne has quit the X Factor after 4 years on the ITV show, earlier press reports stated that she wanted a £500,000 pay rise.ITV refused to comment about pay but did say: "Sharon Osbourne has decided to leave The X Factor after four fantastic years. "ITV thanks her for her immense contribution to the show and for all her humour, compassion and energy."
Expect lots of hype to find a new replacement for the return of the X Factor in a few weeks.
