It seemed like a good idea at the time, but now Richard and Judy could end up disappearing from our screens forever as their TV show on 'Watch' looks set to be axed. The celebrity couple helped launch the re-branded channel (formerly UKTV) late last year as we reported HERE.
Sadly, Richard and Judy have failed to take viewers with them to the new formatted show and viewing figures have slowly slipped from an initial 100,000 to just 8,000 in recent days. This has prompted rumours the show will be axed by the end of the year when the current contract expires.
The decline has been visible when compared to their seven years at Channel 4, with over 2 million viewers watching each day. The multi-award winning couple have been on our screens for over 20 years and will be missed when they leave Watch TV.
Im not suprised the new show is shit and whats with that hideous red set?! Shame as they had a good thing going on channel 4.
